An Evening in Paradise (EIP) is Hawaii Island United Way's largest
fundraising event. It is a food and wine tasting event held annually on
the Kohala Coast. Most recently EIP has been hosted by the Mauna Lani
Resort. Money raised at EIP help fund 35 partner agencies that provide
50 vital programs on Hawaii Island, programs that benefit everyone from
