Part of the core continuum of care is early identification, followed by early treatment, offering community-based out-patient treatment as an efficient and effective way to intervene in a timely manner. Adolescents are eligible for the following services: Assessment, Intensive Out-patient Treatment, Drug & Alcohol Screening, Case Management, Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Family Education and follow-up activities.
