Mission:
Hale Kipa provides opportunities and environments that strengthen and encourage youth, their families and communities to actualize their potential and social responsibility

Funded Program:
Hawai’i Advocate Program: The program addressed “at risk” youth and enables them to stay in their family home in stead of Foster Care or placement in the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility. The program is intended to prevent pregnancy and arrest.
