Kona Adult Day Center's mission is to provide health, social and recreational programs and activities that enable impaired adults to experience feelings of belonging, friendship, acceptance, accomplishment and independence in a caring and secure social environment.
Funded Program: Adult Day Care
- Services to impaired adults, 18 years or older
- Monitoring of health concern
- Transitional services between acute hospital and home care
- A safe and supportive daytime environment
- Daily companionship and stimulation.
