Directions
- Take one hot and spicy coordinator to "prepare" and fire up the Team Captains.
- Fold Team Captains into small portions of employee groups (approximately 10 per group) and mix well.
- Pour in heaps of education about Hawaii Island United way agencies.
- Top with compassion and pinch of humor, if desired.
- Blend together incentive programs for employee contributing 1 hour's pay per month.
- Sprinkle with incentives to Team Captains obtaining highest percentage participation from employee group and highest contribution as a percentage of salary.
