- 1 Enthusiastic Campaign Director (Hawaii Island United Way)
- 1 Flipchart with the following
- 1 big goal
- Instructions to reach the goal
- Outcome when goal is reached
*** Incentives...always gives participants a big appetite! (Have a few)
Directions
- Pre-set the flipchart with the following information
- Page 1 Set goal (Ex: To have each employee contribute $40.00)
- Page 2 Write "How do we Achieve Our Goal?"
" It's easy through payroll deduction. Pledge $! A week or a paycheck, for 20 weeks...and watch us make it happen!"
- Page 3 Draw graft to show outcome in $$$$$$$.
- Page 4 Show Incentive Plans.
- Mix in all the stuff.
- Nutty coordinator takes pre-set flipchart to each department meeting.
- Show each page and with great zing pass out the pre-printed pledge forms
- Fill out as much information as you can so that all the employee has to do is sign their name.
- Collect all the pledge forms back from employees.
- Start counting up! Don't forget to thank everybody!
