Serve on a Committee

The Hawaii Island United Way is all about supporting our community. We are a volunteer driven organization that truly unites people, organizations and resources… you our dedicated volunteers, are the organizations’ greatest resource.

There are ten standing committees in the organization. Some directly focus on administrative/management functions; and others direct attention to activities based on public relations.

The following three standing committees provide support to the organization and depend on key volunteers to help make things happen. If you are interested in serving on any of the following committees; please call the office and we will put you in touch with the chair of that committee.
