Agency Mission Statement:
The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the Universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

Funded Programs:
Feeding Program: Intends to provide a "hand up" to clients who are in need in addition to meeting their immediate needs of hunger and, at times, shelter from the rain for the lunch hour.

Food Pantry: Intends to provide a "hand up" to their clients who are in need. The simple supply of three meals for three days can hopefully provide a bit of respite in financial strains so gains can be made elsewhere. They would expect their clients to be reliant upon our program, but to use it as a stepping stone on the path to self-sustainability.

Client Outcome Story:
Feeding Program: "I've been coming to this feeding program 10+ years and it's a very great help for me. My disability pay is not much and this program helps me to get hot nutritious meals which also helps me physically. Much of my friends come to this program too and they need help too. Life would be much more difficult to survive without this kind of services." ~George Alvarez
